"I had some questions regarding my coverage for home & auto insurance (that I've actually had for a long time), and Jessica invited me down to her office to thoroughly explain everything. It was so nice to see all the information while it was being explained to me. It was nice to review my policies and to see if anything needed adjusting. Jessica was very patient and explained things well. Being able to talk face to face is such an advantage that State Farm offers -- I am so thankful they are down the road!"
